In September 2008, Chinese basic passenger car market posted a notably recovery from last month. The growth of basic passenger car market continued to come from the market recovery of domestic-made cars. The sales of cars manufactured by local-made parts & contents rose by 20.71%, while the sales of cars assembled with imported CKD kits continued to drop further, declining 9.1% from last month.
